موقع si-manual (https://si-manual.com) يقدّم كورسات شرح لمواد الهندسة الكهربائية وهندسة الحاسب. توضح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني عند التسجيل أو تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل.
- بيانات الطلبات: الكورسات التي اشتركت فيها وإيصالات التحويل التي ترفعها.
- بيانات الاستخدام: إحصائيات زيارة مجهولة عبر Google Analytics.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم البيانات فقط لتفعيل اشتراكك في الكورسات، والتواصل معك بخصوص حسابك وطلباتك، وتحسين الموقع. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
الدفع
تتم عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة عبر Stripe، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك على الموقع.
خدمات جوجل ويوتيوب
نستخدم أدوات YouTube API Services لإدارة فيديوهات قناتنا على يوتيوب فقط، ولا نصل إلى بيانات أي مستخدم آخر. استخدامك ليوتيوب يخضع لشروط خدمة يوتيوب (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) وسياسة خصوصية جوجل (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Privacy Policy (English)
si-manual collects only the data needed to run your account and course enrollments (name, email, orders, uploaded payment receipts) and anonymous analytics. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. We never sell your data. To ask a question or request deletion of your data, contact emad.mahdy.es@gmail.com.
YouTube API Services
si-manual (operated by SI-MANUAL LIMITED, UK company no. 14718733) uses YouTube API Services through an internal tool, si-manual Channel Manager, only to manage the videos of our own YouTube channel (titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and playlists). By using our YouTube content you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access: only our own channel’s video metadata, captions, playlists and the comments posted on our own videos. We do not access, collect or store any other user’s YouTube account data.
- How we use it: to publish and organize our lessons and to answer students’ comments. We do not share YouTube API data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.
- Storage and deletion: YouTube API data is cached only on the channel owner’s computer, refreshed at least every 30 days, and deleted when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete any of your data at emad.mahdy.es@gmail.com; we act on deletion requests within 7 days.
- Revoking access: the only Google account authorized for this tool is the channel owner’s. Any Google user can review or revoke an app’s access to their account at Google security settings.
